Tournament Rules

The Swedish Football Association and Gotland Football Association rules apply, with the following addition:

G17 born 2001 or later
G16 born 2002 or later
G15 born 2003 or later
G14 born 2004 or later
G13 born 2005 or later

G17 to G14 plays 11 v 11. G13 plays 9 v 9

Group Stage
Teams are divided into groups where everyone plays against each other. The order of teams will be decided by points. Victory gives 3 points, a draw match 1 point, lost match 0 points. If two or more teams have the same number of points determined the sequence as follows:
1. Goal difference
2. Highest number of goals scored.
3. Results of the inter-meeting between the teams that are equal.

Finals
Results of the tournament, for all teams, are decided in the final round. A-, B- or C-finals, as shown in the game schedule. Finals is played as a cup. Drawn games in the playoffs decided by penalty kick competition, beginning with 3 penalty kicks for each team. If the game still is a draw, the competition continues with 1 penalty kick at a time. All players in the lineup have the right to participate in the penalty kick competition.

Combined teams
Clubs that do not themselves have enough players to register a team for the cup, can register a combined team. One club shall be responsible for the combined team and permission to register players from other clubs, in the team, must have been obtained from the club to which the player belongs.

Awards
A-finals
Team trophies to first, second and third team. Individual medals to all team members in first, second and third team
B and C-finals
Team trophies to first team
Ball Size
G17, G16 and G15 no5. All other age groups size no4

Substitutions
Flying change applies. The change takes place at the center line. The referee does not need to be notified. The number of substitutes is free. Replaced players may be reinstated in the same match.

Number of players
A team may have an unlimited number of substitutes during a match and unlimited number of players in the squad. Players may only participate in one team per age group during the tournament.

Dispensations
According to SvFF guidelines. Normally, 2 overaged per match.

Red card
Expulsion gets the player off the next match, in the class the player got the expulsion. If the referee notifie the expulsion as serious, a report will be sent to the players home federation and the jury determines whether the player should be suspended for more matches in the tournament.

Yellow card
Yellow cards is not accumulated during the tournament.

Team jerseys
Jerseys must be numbered. Teams mentioned first in the game schedule are home teams. If the referee decides that one team is to change jerseys due to the similarity of color with the second teams jersesys, the away team will change.

Penalty Kicks
Penalty Kick contest, all players in the lineup participate.

Linesmen
If requested by the referee, each team is responsible for one linesman, assisting the referee only by judging if the ball has passed the sideline.

Protests
Protests must be submitted to the tournament committee no later than 1 hour after the game ended. When submitting the protest, a fee of 250 SEK has to be made. The fee is to be returned if the protest is upheld

Lineups
The team is responsibel for regster all participating players, in the cup system. If the team have more then 2 overaged players in the team, the team has to declare, before each match, witch two players are used in that singel match.

Match start
Teams are required to set up the game no later than 10 minutes before the scheduled match starting time.

Tournament committee
Tournament committee is appointed byt he arranging association, (P18 IK).
